Terms & Conditions:  Easter Gift from Creative Fabrica and Siser - Version 1.1

The Easter Gift is hosted by Creative Fabrica B.V and sponsored by Creative Fabrica B.V., SISER N.A. INC and including branch Siser S.R.L.

• From the period of April 10th - April 30th, 2025, all customers who purchase a new Yearly All Access Subscription, priced at $47 (USD), excluding VAT, and/or the 1-year All Access extension deal, priced at $47 (USD), excluding VAT, from Creative Fabrica will be eligible to redeem 1 complimentary gift with their purchase.
• The gift must be redeemed by the customer upon the customer completing a valid purchase. The gift is redeemed via: https://www.creativefabrica.com/the-artistry/easter/creative-fabrica-easter-promotion/

• Customers can only claim the gift for orders for a new Creative Fabrica’s Yearly All Access Subscription or 1-Year All Access Extensions purchased in between the dates between April 10th, 2025 at 00:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET and April 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT / 02:59 AM ET (May 1st, 2025). This promotion is not applicable to any Yearly Subscription renewals that take place during this timeframe.
• Customers can claim 1 free gift per 1-year extension bought between April 10th - April 30th, 2025, so if a customer purchases multiple 1-Year Extensions within the eligible period, they can claim multiple gifts.
• The gift needs to be redeemed by the customer by May 7th, 2025,  23:59 ET / 20:59 PT, 2025.
• One free gift package consists of 3 (three) predesigned full-color Siser Easy Transfer DTF prints in size 10"x10" from Siser, valued $31 (USD) (including shipping costs) (hereby referred to as “1 gift” or “the gift”).
• Customers can choose from multiple predesigned print sets, each set consisting of x3 10"x10" print sheets, provided by Siser. 
  • The customer can claim 1 gift (consisting of 3 DTF prints) per eligible purchase. 
• The DTF prints will be predesigned, and eligible customers will be able to choose from these predesigned options as their 1 gift. There will be no options for the customer to choose a custom design for their print.
• The gift is region-based - and the availability depends on the region the customer resides. Depending on which region the customer is residented in, they are eligible to claim the gift.

• By redeeming the gift, the customer agrees that:
  • …the customer’s details can be shared with Creative Fabrica’s partners for the purposes of shipping the gift (only relevant details will be shared with trusted partners).
  • …the customer gives Creative Fabrica permission to add the customer’s shipping details provided in the gift redeem to the address details in the customer's Creative Fabrica account.
  • …the customer understands that their All Access subscription payments are non-refundable once they claim a gift in accordance with the guidelines outlined in these terms and conditions. 
• The Creative Fabrica team will check the redemption requests. We reserve the right to reject the request in case it doesn’t follow the requirements stated in these terms and conditions and in the redemption request.
• Gift redemption requests will be subject to review for authenticity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delay the shipping of the gift and/or request additional information (identity verification and/or proof of payment) from the customer to authenticate the purchase. If there are any doubts regarding the authenticity of a payment or suspicion of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to reject the gift redemption request. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the cancellation of the gift redemption.
• The gift will be shipped to eligible customers within 3 weeks following the end of the claim period of the Easter promotion on May 7th, 2025. We reserve the right to a longer shipping period in case of stock limitation or issues with the shipping provider, and the customer will be updated if this is the case.

In no case shall Creative Fabrica, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising gift or any products procured from the gift.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when redeeming their gift. Any errors in the shipping information provided by the customer that result in a failed or misdirected delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Creative Fabrica is not responsible for unclaimed gifts. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their gift.

Creative Fabrica is not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill this promotion due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or strikes.

Any extra charges incurred in the process of receiving the gift, such as unexpected shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.

The Privacy Policy applies and the Easter Gift from Creative Fabrica and Siser promotion is subject to Dutch law.

Any damages, defects, or complaints related to the gifted products or their shipping are the responsibility of the respective third-party providers and are subject to the laws of the country from which the products are shipped. By accepting these gifts, the customer acknowledges that any issues should be directed to the respective third-party provider and not to Creative Fabrica.
