Is the Dreaming Tree team still intact?
Yes, the Dreaming Tree team remains intact and will continue to build and support great products as part of Creative Fabrica. By working with Creative Fabrica, the team will have more time to focus on product development and innovation.
Will you raise prices?
The Dreaming Tree website and app will remain available until November 20th, 2025. After this date, you can get unlimited access to all of Dreaming Tree's products with Creative Fabrica's All Access Subscription, which also includes access to Creative Fabrica’s other fonts, graphics, crafts and tools.
The subscription costs $47 per year, equivalent to just $3.99 per month - lower than the average price of a single Dreaming Tree product. Learn more about our subscription, and everything that it includes here.
Alternatively, you can purchase individual Dreaming Tree designs from the Creative Fabrica website.
Will the 12x12 Cardstock Shop still offer kits for Dreaming Tree products?
Yes, the 12x12 Cardstock Shop will continue to offer kits for Dreaming Tree products. Dreaming Tree will also continue to work with them to develop kits for future Dreaming Tree products.

Will I still have access to my previous purchases?
The Dreaming Tree website and app will remain online until November 20th, 2025. Until then, all of your Dreaming Tree purchases will be available for download from your Dreaming Tree account.
All Dreaming Tree products will remain available on Creative Fabrica via our subscription. If you choose not to subscribe to Creative Fabrica, we encourage you to download your previous Dreaming Tree purchases from the Dreaming Tree site before November 20th, 2025.
Will I need a Creative Fabrica paid account to download my previous purchases?
Your previous Dreaming Tree purchases will remain available on your Dreaming Tree account until November 20th, 2025.
If you decide not to subscribe to Creative Fabrica, we encourage you to download your previous Dreaming Tree purchases before this date to ensure continued access.
In the future, will a Creative Fabrica subscription be required to purchase Dreaming Tree products?

Dreaming Tree has already added hundreds of Dreaming Tree products to Creative Fabrica, and will continue to add more on a weekly basis. All Dreaming Tree products will be available on Creative Fabrica no later than November 20th, 2025.
Will the actual downloads change or have other formats?
Dreaming Tree products will continue to be offered in the format that you’re familiar with. Dreaming Tree will also continue to create and publish assembly instructions for their products.
Free gifts
Will we still receive a free gift with qualifying purchases?
The Dreaming Tree website and app will remain available until November 20th, 2025. Until then, you can purchase individual Dreaming Tree products, some of which may qualify for a free gift.
How does the free gift work on Creative Fabrica?
On Creative Fabrica all Dreaming Tree products will be included in the All Access Subscription.
Because all Dreaming Tree products are available to you once you have a subscription, a ‘free gift’ will no longer be offered.
Dreaming Tree Gift Cards
How long will Dreaming Tree gift cards be valid?
Dreaming Tree gift cards will remain valid, but the Dreaming Tree website and app will cease operations on November 20th, 2025, so we encourage you to use your gift cards before this date.
After this date, if you have a Dreaming Tree gift card with a remaining balance, please contact Creative Fabrica support on hi@creativefabrica.com.
Where and how can I redeem gift cards?
The Dreaming Tree website and app will remain available until November 20th, 2025. Until then, you can continue to use your gift card in the checkout process as normal.

Dreaming Tree Points
What happens to my Dreaming Tree Points?
The Dreaming Tree website and app will cease operations on November 20th, 2025. You can continue to use your points for a discount on Dreaming Tree purchases until this date. After this date, you will no longer be able to use your points on Dreaming Tree or Creative Fabrica.
Can I use my Dreaming Tree Points on the Creative Fabrica website?
You will not be able to use your Dreaming Tree points on Creative Fabrica. You can use your Dreaming Tree points to obtain a discount on your Dreaming Tree purchases until November 20th, 2025. After this date, the Dreaming Tree website and app will cease operations.
Commercial License
How will the commercial license work?
Now that Dreaming Tree is part of Creative Fabrica, all new downloads will be covered by our subscription license which includes commercial use. You can read more about the license and how it works here. This means you will no longer need to pay separately for a limited commercial license.
Any commercial licences bought previously from Dreaming Tree will remain valid.
Customer Service
Where and how do we get support for Dreaming Tree products?
You will continue to receive support for Dreaming Tree products through the familiar channels until the Dreaming Tree website and app cease operations on November 20th, 2025.
After this date, support for Dreaming Tree products will be integrated into Creative Fabrica’s support channels.
Master Program
What will happen with the Dreaming Tree Master program?
The Dreaming Tree team will stop accepting applications for the Dreaming Tree Master program on November 20th, 2025.
Should you wish to earn the Dreaming Tree Master certificate, we encourage you to submit one of the eligible projects before this date.
