Terms & Conditions: Creative Fabrica’s Christmas in July Giveaways

Creative Fabrica's Christmas in July Giveaways will run daily from July 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2025. Participants can enter each daily giveaway by completing specified activities on Creative Fabrica’s platform or its associated channels. Throughout the campaign, prizes with a total value exceeding $7,000 USD will be awarded.

The Christmas in July giveaways will begin with the first craft activity on July 1st 2025 at 00:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 CEST, and the final challenge will end on July 31st, 2025 at 3:01 AM EST / 12:01 AM PT / 09:01 AM CEST.

By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

The giveaways are open internationally to the countries and regions aligned with Amazon's International shipping*. Any country not on this list is excluded from the Christmas in July Giveaways.

Each day will have a different activity that the entrants need to perform in order to enter (See under ‘How to Enter’). The activities either require a free registered account on Creative Fabrica or an “Active” All Access Subscription. Active meaning that the subscription must be currently active during the giveaway period and not on hold, pending cancellation, or cancelled.

*The Maker’s Chest sponsored giveaway is not open internationally. For this giveaway the applicable The Maker’s Chest Terms & Conditions apply.

Canadian residents, if selected as a winner, must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to receive a prize.

Participants may submit multiple entries per day. However, a maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per individual participant throughout the entire Giveaway Period.

How to Enter

Entrants can enter new giveaways every day. To enter, follow the steps by clicking ‘View Today’s Activity’ on the Christmas in July promo page: or by checking the Christmas in July giveaway blog post.

Some of the day’s activities are All Access Exclusive, this will be marked clearly in our blog post outlining the activity of the day. For these giveaways you need to have an Active All Access Subscription to enter, see under ‘Eligibility’, or submit an AMOE form (see below).

Daily Entry Period: Customers must enter each daily giveaway within a 24-hour window, beginning at 00:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 AM CEST on each day from July 1st, 2025, and ending at 00:00 AM PT / 03:00 AM ET / 09:00 AM CEST on the following day, immediately prior to the start of the next daily giveaway.

Campaign End: The final giveaway concludes on July 31st, 2025, at 12:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 AM CEST.

AMOE: You can also participate by submitting a mail-in entry using a pre-made form provided by Creative Fabrica. View the entry form here. Mail-in entries must arrive before July 31st, 2025, at 12:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 AM CEST. Participants are responsible for the cost of mailing the entry. The specific giveaway for which an AMOE entry qualifies for will be based on the date and time it arrives at the Creative Fabrica office, aligning with the daily entry period (00:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 AM CEST to 00:00 AM PT / 03:00 AM ET / 09:00 AM CEST the following day) in which it is received.

In addition, we will host a sponsored giveaway in collaboration with The Maker’s Chest giving away a Creality Falcon2 Pro 60W Diode Laser Engraver (worth $2,659 USD). This is open for participants that meet both these requirements:

Creative Fabrica subscribers with an “Active”* All Access Subscription. *The subscription must be currently active during the giveaway period and not on hold, pending cancellation, or cancelled.
Legal residents of the United States (Contiguous US only) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Creative Fabrica reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value in the event of unavailability.

Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on a daily basis starting July 2nd, 2025. Winners will be notified via email, using the email address associated with their purchase or provided on the AMOE form. In addition, the names of the winners will be announced daily starting July 2nd, 2025, via the blog post.

Publicity Release

By entering any of the giveaways, participants agree to allow Creative Fabrica to publish their name on their platforms and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winners of the giveaway. This will be done without additional compensation, and is for the purpose of communicating the winners to the public.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize by October 31st, 2025, providing any additional details requested. If a winner fails to respond by this date, they forfeit the prize, and no alternate winner will be selected. Creative Fabrica is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. Winners may have a tax liability based on the prize's value in their jurisdiction.

Data Collection and Privacy

By participating, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used for the purposes of this promotion. This includes name, email, and mailing address for prize delivery.

Personal data collected by Creative Fabrica will not be used for any purpose other than selecting winners and fulfilling the prize, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery and announcement of the winner, including sharing your name and shipping details with Amazon for prize fulfillment. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy: Creative Fabrica Privacy Policy. By redeeming the gift, the customer agrees to give Creative Fabrica permission to add the shipping details provided in the gift form to the address details in the customer's Creative Fabrica account for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

Prize Fulfillment Timeline

Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within 30 business days of the claim. In the event of shipping delays, winners will be notified, and the prize delivery timeline is subject to change.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

Creative Fabrica will cover the standard shipping fees. Any extra charges incurred, such as unexpected shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when redeeming their gift. Any errors in the shipping information provided by the customer that result in a failed or misdirected delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising out of or relating to the promotion shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution clause.

General Liability Release

By participating in Creative Fabrica Terms & Conditions: Creative Fabrica’s Christmas in July Giveaways, participants agree to release and hold harmless Creative Fabrica B.V., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Participation is at the entrant’s own risk, and Creative Fabrica is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries; technical issues; administrative errors; or any injury or damage caused by participation or prize receipt. In no event will Creative Fabrica be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this promotion.

Disqualification

Participants who engage in fraudulent activities, such as fraudulent payments, disputed transactions, or ineligible entries, will be disqualified. Shipping addresses for prize deliveries must be within the eligible regions.

Void Where Prohibited

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Modification or Cancellation Clause

Creative Fabrica reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical or administrative issues. In such an event, reasonable notice will be provided, and any valid entries made prior to modification or cancellation will remain eligible.

Official Rules and Dispute Resolution

By entering Creative Fabrica’s Christmas in July Giveaways participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Creative Fabrica B.V., which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Any disputes arising out of or related to the promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and resolved by arbitration in Amsterdam, in English, before a single arbitrator. Participants waive their right to bring legal claims in any other forum and agree to resolve disputes individually, without resorting to class action.

Force Majeure

Creative Fabrica is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
