GDPR Data Requests and Removals

I would like a copy of my personal data

To request a copy of your data follow these steps

1. Visit your account page and take note of your account ID number
2. Contact our support team via hi@creativefabrica.com with a request for your data. Make sure to include your account ID so that we can be certain which account the request relates to.
3. Within 20 working days we will provide you with a full copy of all data stored about you.

I want to have my personal data removed

If you simply wish to remove your account, you can do this yourself by following the steps outlined here. 

Removing your account will not automatically remove all of your personal data, so if you wish to remove this data please reach out to our support team on hi@creativefabrica.com.

Once we have the required confirmation from you we will remove all of your personal data within 20 working days.

• Subscription download data. If you downloaded products via a subscription we use this data to calculate designer earnings. Your data will be anonymized for this purpose.
• Clicks and downloads. We track certain actions on the site for reporting purposes. This data is anonymised before it is stored.
