Creative Fabrica’s Weekly Newsletter Giveaway - $100 Amazon Gift Card will run weekly starting on Mondays, with the first launch date on January 19th, 2025.
Participants can enter each weekly giveaway by following the instructions of the weekly craft challenge/activity. Each week is a different craft challenge/activity that is centered around our platform, tools, and product categories, and specifics of these are communicated via Creative Fabrica’s newsletter, social media and blog. These giveaways will continue weekly unless or until discontinued.
Each week, one winner is drawn and wins a prize of a $100 (USD) Amazon Gift card. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon or its affiliates. All inquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Creative Fabrica.
The Weekly Giveaway will run weekly starting Mondays at 06:01 AM PT / 09:01 AM ET / 03:01 PM CET, and end on Sundays at 06:01 AM PT / 09:01 AM ET / 03:01 PM CET.
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The giveaways are open internationally to residents of The United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, The United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Turkey, Japan, India, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and South Africa, and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Any country not on this list is excluded from the giveaways.
Canadian residents, if selected as a winner, must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to receive a prize.
Participants may submit multiple entries per day. However, a maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per individual participant.
How to Enter
To enter, users must follow the entry steps during the giveaway period:

Once you have completed both steps 1 and 2, your entry into the giveaway is complete!
Weekly Entry Period: Customers must enter each weekly giveaway within the giveaway period, beginning on Mondays at 06:01 AM PT / 09:01 AM ET / 03:01 PM CET, and will end on Sundays at 06:01 AM PT / 09:01 AM ET / 03:01 PM CET.
Campaign End: This promotion is continuous and will run weekly until discontinued. Creative Fabrica reserves the right to terminate the weekly giveaways at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Mail-in entries that arrive before Sundays, at 12:01 AM PT / 03:01 AM ET / 09:01 AM CET will be entered into the current week's giveaway. Mail-in entries that arrive after this time will be entered into the following week’s giveaway. Participants are responsible for the cost of mailing the entry.
Prize
Participants can win a $100 (USD) value Amazon gift card.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Creative Fabrica reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value in the event of unavailability.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email, using the email address associated with their purchase or provided on the AMOE form. In addition, the names of the winners will be announced weekly on Mondays via Creative Fabrica’s newsletter.
Publicity Release
By entering any of the giveaways, participants agree to allow Creative Fabrica to publish their name on their platforms and channels for the purpose of announcing the winners of the giveaway. This will be done without additional compensation, and is for the purpose of communicating the winners to the public.
User-Generated Content & Usage Rights
By participating in the weekly challenge or giveaway and submitting images, videos, or other content of their creations (“User Content”), participants grant Creative Fabrica B.V. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and adapt such User Content for marketing and promotional purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, use across Creative Fabrica’s email communications, website, blog, social media channels, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation or prior approval.
Participants confirm that they own the rights to the submitted User Content and that its use by Creative Fabrica does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within 30 business days following winning the prize, providing any additional details requested. If a winner fails to respond by this timeframe, they forfeit the prize, and no alternate winner will be selected. Creative Fabrica is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. Winners may have a tax liability based on the prize's value in their jurisdiction.
Data Collection and Privacy
By participating, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used for the purposes of this promotion. This includes name, email, and mailing address for prize delivery.
Personal data collected by Creative Fabrica will not be used for any purpose other than selecting winners and fulfilling the prize, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery and announcement of the winner, including sharing your name and personal details with Amazon for prize fulfillment. Prize Fulfillment Timeline
The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 business days of the claim. In the event of delays, winners will be notified, and the prize delivery timeline is subject to change.
Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
As the prize is a digital gift card, no shipping costs apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when redeeming their gift. Any errors in the information provided by the customer that result in a failed or misdirected delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Governing Law
The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising out of or relating to the promotion shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution clause.
General Liability Release
By participating in Creative Fabrica Terms & Conditions: Weekly Newsletter Challenges & Giveaways - $100 Amazon Gift Card, participants agree to release and hold harmless Creative Fabrica B.V., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Participation is at the entrant’s own risk, and Creative Fabrica is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries; technical issues; administrative errors; or any injury or damage caused by participation or prize receipt. In no event will Creative Fabrica be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this promotion.
Disqualification
Participants who engage in fraudulent activities, such as fraudulent payments, disputed transactions, or ineligible entries, will be disqualified.
Void Where Prohibited
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Modification or Cancellation Clause
Creative Fabrica reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical or administrative issues. In such an event, reasonable notice will be provided, and any valid entries made prior to modification or cancellation will remain eligible.
Official Rules and Dispute Resolution
By entering Creative Fabrica’s Weekly Newsletter Challenges & Giveaways - $100 Amazon Gift Card participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Creative Fabrica B.V., which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and resolved by arbitration in Amsterdam, in English, before a single arbitrator. Participants waive their right to bring legal claims in any other forum and agree to resolve disputes individually, without resorting to class action.
Force Majeure
Creative Fabrica is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
