General Rules
These are rules that apply to all products that you upload to your Creative Fabrica store.
| Product Name |
✅ Give your products nice, engaging names ❌ Don't add the category type (e.g. 'font' or '3DSVG') to the end of your product name - our system will do this automatically for you! |
| Description |
✅ Provide well-crafted, clear, and informative product descriptions. ✅ Mention which formats are included with your product and what software supports the product. ✅ Check that your description is free of spelling mistakes or typos
|
| License information |
❌ Do not include any information or files about licensing in your products. All products on the site are covered by either the Single Sales License or the Subscription License. |
| Contact information | ❌ Don't include your contact information - our support team handles all support requests on your behalf! |
| Tags | ✅ Add relevant tags, so customers can discover your products easily |
| Category |
✅ Add your products to the correct category ✅ If your product was AI generated, it must be placed in an AI category (e.g. AI Illustrations) |
| Preview images |
✅ Accurately depict and reflect the product that you are offering in your store ✅ Recommended resolution of 1200 px x 800 px |
| Download folder |
✅ Make sure your files are named clearly so your customers will be able to identify them easily (e.g. not 1.png, 2.png, 3.png etc) ❌ Avoid having multiple ZIP folders within the file that you upload |
| Similar designs | ✅ Similar individual listings should be bundled and uploaded as a set instead of uploading each similar design as an individual listing. Similar listings with similar product titles can lead to negative reviews from the community as it makes it difficult to search for them in your store |
