Terms & Conditions: Creative Fabrica's Easter Giveaways

The Creative Fabrica Easter Giveaway is hosted by Creative Fabrica B.V. and will run from March 23, 2026 to April 5, 2026. During this promotional period, Creative Fabrica will run two (2) giveaways, each with its own entry period and prize.

The giveaway periods are as follows:

• Giveaway 1: March 23, 2026 – March 29, 2026 (winner announced March 30, 2026)
• Giveaway 2: March 30, 2026 – April 5, 2026 (winner announced April 6, 2026)

Each giveaway begins at 10 AM EDT / 7 AM PDT on the first day and ends at 10 AM EDT / 7 AM PDT on the final day of the giveaway period.
 

How to Enter

During the Creative Fabrica Easter promotion, Creative Fabrica will release daily freebies, including featured free bundles and individual free design resources.

To enter the giveaway, participants must download at least one freebie promoted during the applicable giveaway period from Creative Fabrica. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Each unique freebie downloaded counts as one (1) entry into the applicable giveaway. Participants may download multiple freebies throughout the giveaway period to receive additional entries.

We will share the freebies and announce the giveaways via Creative Fabrica's newsletter and our social media.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

The giveaway is open only to residents of the following regions:

• United States (Contiguous US only, excluding New York, Rhode Island, and Florida)
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• United Kingdom

If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. This question will be administered via email or telephone as a condition of being declared a winner and receiving the prize.

Prizes

There are two (2) prizes available, one for each giveaway period.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Creative Fabrica reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value in the event of unavailability.

Winner selection

For each giveaway, all eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period will be included in a random draw.

• The winner of Giveaway 1 will be randomly selected on March 30, 2026.
• The winner of Giveaway 2 will be randomly selected on April 6, 2026.

Winners will be notified via email by the Creative Fabrica team using the email address associated with their Creative Fabrica account or provided through the entry form.

Please note that any communication from sources other than the official Creative Fabrica email address (ending in @creativefabrica.com) is not valid. For this giveaway, winners will be contacted primarily via email. If necessary, additional contact may be made through our official Facebook account (@creativefabricacom). Winners will not be contacted through any non-official Creative Fabrica social media channels or other platforms.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Creative Fabrica through other means, please exercise caution and report it to us as soon as possible via hi@creativefabrica.com.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Creative Fabrica to publish their name on official Creative Fabrica marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, or other platforms for the purpose of announcing the results of the giveaway. This will be done without additional compensation, and is for the purpose of communicating the winners to the public.
 

Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within 3 months from the date they are announced as the winner by Creative Fabrica, providing any additional details requested. If a winner fails to respond by this date, they forfeit the prize, and no alternate winner will be selected. Creative Fabrica is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. 

Data Collection and Privacy

By participating, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used for the purposes of this promotion. This includes name, email, and mailing address for prize delivery. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy: Creative Fabrica Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be used for any purpose other than selecting winners and fulfilling the prize, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery and announcement of the winner.

By redeeming the gift, the customer agrees that the customer gives Creative Fabrica permission to add the shipping details provided in the gift form to the address details in the customer's Creative Fabrica account

Prize Fulfillment Timeline

Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within 8 weeks of the claim. In the event of shipping delays, winners will be notified, and the prize delivery timeline is subject to change.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

Creative Fabrica will cover the initial shipping fees for the prizes. Any extra charges incurred, such as unexpected shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when redeeming their gift. Any errors in the shipping information provided by the customer that result in a failed or misdirected delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising out of or relating to the promotion shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution clause.

General Liability Release

By participating in the Creative Fabrica’s Easter Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Creative Fabrica B.V., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Participation is at the entrant’s own risk, and Creative Fabrica is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries; technical issues; administrative errors; or any injury or damage caused by participation or prize receipt. In no event will Creative Fabrica be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this promotion.
 

Disqualification

Participants who engage in fraudulent activities, such as ineligible entries, will be disqualified. 
 

Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
 

Modification or Cancellation Clause

Creative Fabrica reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for any reason, including technical or administrative issues. In such an event, reasonable notice will be provided, and any valid entries made prior to modification or cancellation will remain eligible.
 

Official Rules and Dispute Resolution

By entering the Creative Fabrica’s Easter Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Creative Fabrica B.V., which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and resolved by arbitration in Amsterdam, in English, before a single arbitrator. Participants waive their right to bring legal claims in any other forum and agree to resolve disputes individually, without resorting to class action.

Force Majeure

Creative Fabrica is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
