1. Organiser
This giveaway promotes idea.ai and Studio AI and is organised by Creative Fabrica B.V., Westerstraat 187, 1015 MA Amsterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 70114412 ("Creative Fabrica", "we", "us" or "our").
Questions about the giveaway can be sent to hi@creativefabrica.com. These terms are available on the giveaway webpage and can also be requested free of charge by email.
2. Giveaway period
The giveaway begins on 7 October 2026 at 00:01 CEST and closes on 15 October 2026 at 15:00 CEST. These start and closing times are Amsterdam local time, UTC+2.
3. Eligibility and service availability
The giveaway is open internationally to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in their place of residence and meet the conditions below.
Participation is limited to individuals whose country or territory of residence is supported by Studio AI or idea.ai and who are legally permitted and able to create an account, redeem the prize and use the service without circumventing geographic or legal restrictions.
For these purposes, a supported country or territory is one in which the relevant service is available to residents through its normal account-registration and access process, without bypassing geographic restrictions.
No existing Studio AI or idea.ai account, purchase or paid subscription is required to enter. Selected winners may create a free account when claiming their prize.
Eligibility is subject to verification. If a selected participant cannot receive or use the prize because their country or territory of residence was unsupported or subject to applicable legal restrictions at the giveaway's closing time, they are ineligible and have no entitlement to the prize or a cash alternative, except where required by applicable law.
Temporary technical problems attributable to Creative Fabrica will not, by themselves, result in disqualification. We will not retrospectively change geographic eligibility to avoid honouring a valid prize entitlement.
Employees and directors of Creative Fabrica, anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate family or household members are excluded. The giveaway is void where participation or the award of the prize is prohibited by applicable law.
4. How to participate
Eligible individuals following @idea.ai on Instagram at the closing time will be included in the draw. Existing and new followers have equal chances of winning.
No comment, like, tag, share or separate entry form is required. There is one entry per person, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts they operate. Using multiple accounts does not create additional valid entries.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter, win or claim a prize. Purchasing a subscription or coins does not increase the chances of winning. Use of prize coins is subject to the subscription conditions in Section 5.
Followers who do not wish to participate may request exclusion by emailing hi@creativefabrica.com before the closing time, identifying their Instagram handle. They do not need to unfollow the account. These terms govern participation, selection and prize claims. Selected participants must accept these terms before receiving a prize.
5. Prizes, subscription duration and coin validity
There are ten prizes. Each prize is a one-time award of 1,000,000 coins for use in Studio AI / idea.ai. Each person can win one prize.
The approximate retail value is US$75 per prize, or US$750 in total. These are estimated values, not cash prizes.
Winners without an active subscription
If you do not have an active Studio AI or idea.ai subscription when we provide your prize, you will receive a code for a free one-year Studio AI subscription with 1,000,000 coins.
Your subscription starts and the coins are added when you use the code. The 1,000,000 coins are provided once, not each month.
Winners with an active subscription
If you have an active Studio AI or idea.ai subscription when we provide your prize, we will add 1,000,000 coins to your account.
You will not receive a new subscription or extra subscription time. Your current plan and billing stay the same. Winning does not cancel, renew or refund your plan.
Validity for all winners
All prize coins expire one year after they are added to your account. You need an active Studio AI / idea.ai subscription to use them.
If your subscription ends, you cannot use any remaining prize coins unless you renew or restart your subscription before the coins expire. This is optional and at your own cost. It does not extend the coin expiry date.
The one-year coin validity is separate from the seven-day claim and code-use deadlines in Section 8.
Prizes, coins and codes cannot be transferred or sold. They cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash prize is available.
6. Using the prize
Prize coins may be used for eligible features within Studio AI / idea.ai, as available through the winner's account. The prize is 1,000,000 coins in total, not a separate allocation for each service.
The number of coins required for a generation depends on the selected feature, model and settings, at the rates displayed in the service when used. No fixed number of images, videos or other outputs is guaranteed.
Use of Studio AI / idea.ai is subject to the Studio Terms and License and the Subscription Agreement. Any additional terms applicable to idea.ai will be made available before use.
These giveaway terms take precedence over conflicting service or subscription terms concerning the prize, including its one-time coin allocation, expiry and active-subscription requirement. The free-access and no-automatic-paid-renewal provisions apply to the complimentary subscription only. Using prize coins will not, by itself, reactivate a cancelled paid subscription or authorise a charge.
Winners must comply with applicable acceptable-use rules and legal restrictions when using the service.
7. Random selection and notification
On 15 October 2026, after the closing time, we will select ten potential winners at random, subject to eligibility verification.
Selection will be impartial and documented. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Selected participants will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @idea.ai within five business days after the draw. For these terms, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. Participants should check their inbox and message requests.
Selection does not create an unconditional entitlement to a prize. Entitlement depends on meeting the eligibility and claim requirements in these terms.
We will never request payment, an Instagram password or payment-card details to release a prize.
8. Claim deadlines, delivery and forfeiture
Responding to the notification
A selected participant must respond to the notification message within seven days, meaning 168 hours, after it is sent.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, confirm control of the selected Instagram account and identify the account receiving the prize. A winner without an account may need to create a free account.
Redeeming a complimentary subscription
Where a complimentary subscription is provided through a redemption code, the winner must also redeem that code within seven days, meaning 168 hours, after the message containing the code is sent.
Responding to the notification does not, by itself, redeem a subscription code. The applicable response and redemption deadlines will be stated in the messages.
Prize delivery
For valid claims, we will credit the coins or provide the subscription redemption code within 14 calendar days after completing eligibility verification.
Forfeiture
A selected participant forfeits their entitlement if they are ineligible, decline the prize, fail to respond by the response deadline or fail to redeem a subscription code by its redemption deadline.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, no replacement winner will be selected and a forfeited prize will not be awarded. Where applicable law requires an award, replacement draw or other disposition of an unclaimed prize, we will follow that requirement.
We will not apply forfeiture where a failure attributable to Creative Fabrica, including an invalid redemption code or a relevant technical problem, prevented a timely claim or redemption. In that situation, we will provide a reasonable extension.
9. Winner announcements
Results will be published on the webpage where these terms are published within 30 days after the draw, and updated as necessary to reflect completed claims and forfeitures.
We will request permission before publishing a confirmed winner's Instagram handle or other identifying information. Declining permission will not affect the winner's entitlement. Where permission is not given, results will be published anonymously unless disclosure is required by law.
The published results will state how many prizes were awarded and whether any were forfeited. An overview of prizes awarded will also be available on request.

10. Personal data
Creative Fabrica B.V. is the controller of personal data processed for administering this giveaway.
We process Instagram handles and follower information obtained through Instagram, together with necessary contact, eligibility and account information supplied by selected participants. We use this information to conduct the draw, verify eligibility, communicate with selected participants, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and handle complaints.
The legal bases are our legitimate interests in administering a fair promotion and preventing fraud, performance of the prize agreement, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable to each processing activity. Optional publication of a winner's identity is based on consent.
Information may be shared with service providers assisting with these purposes and with authorities where legally required. Records are retained only as long as necessary to administer the giveaway, fulfil prizes, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements.
Further information about data processing, international transfers and applicable privacy rights is available in our Privacy Policy. Privacy requests may be sent to hi@creativefabrica.com. Participants may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
Participation does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing emails.
11. Instagram, Facebook and Meta
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant completely releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from liability arising from or relating to this giveaway.
Creative Fabrica, not Instagram, Facebook or Meta, is responsible for administering the giveaway and fulfilling prizes. Nothing in this section excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Fair administration, applicable law and complaints
We may disqualify entries reasonably determined to involve fraud, impersonation, automated participation or attempts to obtain multiple entries. We will not disqualify entries arbitrarily.
If an event outside our reasonable control materially affects the fairness or lawful operation of the giveaway, we may make only those administrative changes reasonably necessary to address it. Any material changes will be published on the giveaway webpage. Changes will not retrospectively reduce valid prize entitlements or participants' mandatory legal rights.
The giveaway will be administered in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. Prizes to which participants are validly entitled will be honoured.
Dutch law governs these terms without limiting mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available to participants under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Creative Fabrica will fulfil any tax reporting or withholding obligations legally imposed on it. Winners remain responsible for any personal taxes legally imposed on them.
Questions and complaints may be sent to hi@creativefabrica.com, mentioning the "idea.ai Instagram Giveaway". We will respond within 14 calendar days. If further investigation is needed, we will explain the reason and expected response date.
A participant dissatisfied with our handling of a complaint concerning compliance with the Dutch promotional-game code may submit it to the Kansspelautoriteit.
