To transfer the earnings from your Creative Fabrica account to your Paypal, Payoneer, or bank account, you need to request a payout. If you want to pay out to a Paypal or Payoneer account you will first need to verify that account - you can do this by following these instructions. As soon as you are verified, you can request a payout!
How to Request a Payout
- Go to the earnings page on your designer dashboard.
- Click on Request Payout
- A new menu will open displaying the different payout options
- Select the payout method which you wish to use - instructions for each method will follow below
PayPal
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw from your wallet. Please note that there is a $0.50 charge for payouts under $10.
- Select the PayPal address that you would like to send the money to from the dropdown. You will be able to select any of the currently verified payout addresses from this dropdown.
- Check that all of the information you have added is correct, then check the confirmation box.
- Click send request.
- All done! Your payout will be a paid out automatically within 7 days of your request.
Payoneer
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw from your wallet. Please note that the payout must be at least $100,
- Select the Payoneer address that you would like to send the money to from the dropdown. You will be able to select any of the currently verified payout addresses from this dropdown.
- Check that all of the information you have added is correct, then check the confirmation box.
- Click send request.
- All done! Your payout will be paid out within 10 days of your request.
In addition to the verification of your payout address, Payoneer requires that you add Creative Fabrica as a funding source. We will send you an invitation via email with a link to set this up after your first payout request via Payoneer. This process is only required once per Payoneer account.
Bank Transfer
Please note that there is a $20 handling fee for bank transfer payouts and that the minimum payout amount is $100. Therefore, you will need to have at least $120 in your wallet to request a payout via bank transfer. It is also worth checking your bank's policy on receiving international bank transfers, as they may also charge you a processing fee.
- Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw from your wallet.
- Enter your bank account details
- Check all of the information you have entered is correct, then tick the confirmation box.
- Click send request. We will try our best to make the payment within 7 days.
