In the unfortunate instance that a POD site does not accept your POD product, then we suggest that you take the following steps
1) Check the reason for rejection
You should receive a message from the POD website about why your design was rejected. If you were not given a reason, you should always request this.
2) Check the policy of the Print on Demand site
Each POD website has their own guidelines/policies for what you can and cannot upload to their website. You should always make sure to follow these guidelines on the individual POD site.
For example, if the site does not allow unmodified designs at all, then you cannot upload unmodified designs. In this case, our Full POD license cannot be applied.
3) Use your License Key to prove the license
You can use your license key to prove that you have the neccesary rights to use the product in accordance with the license terms for POD.
In order to make sure that the POD site understands your license key, and the rights it gives you, we recommend sharing a direct link to the URL that you get when you enter your license key into the license key validator.
For example, if you enter the license key dailygifts_Hzgm-oGw6-heqg-Jdxq you should notice that the URL includes your license key:
In this case, you could share the following link: https://www.creativefabrica.com/license-key-validator/?license-key=dailygifts_Hzgm-oGw6-heqg-Jdxq#
We also recommend that you share a link to the license so that the POD site is able to understand what terms apply to your usage of the product.
In case of trademark infringement
If you have uploaded a quote or a text, your design might be rejected due to trademark infringement.
If you have created a quote yourself, it is always good to confirm that the quote is not trademarked. For confirmation of trademarked phrases in the US, see here.
If you have used a quote as-is from Creative Fabrica that is trademarked, please reach out to us immediately so that we can take further action regarding the trademark infringement.
