What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we don’t offer any refunds unless the product is faulty.

What about Subscription refunds?

As soon as your card is charged we pay our designers their share, so we are unable to offer refunds for subscription renewals. However, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time which will immediately end your billing agreement and prevent any future charges. To learn how to cancel your subscription, please refer to these instructions.

If you cancel in the middle of your subscription month, you will always keep full unrestricted access until the end of your month.
