As a creator on CF Fans, am I responsible for collecting VAT?

Creative Fabrica will collect and pay VAT where applicable, so no, you don’t have to worry about VAT. You will always receive the amount set by you. The only thing you need to declare is your own income/the payouts you request to PayPal or Payoneer. 

We strongly recommend that you educate yourself on local legislation, as you might be eligible to pay tax in your state or country.
