There are a few reasons why your subscription may not be working. Below we have created a list of possible reasons why your subscription isn't working, which you can check if you are having issues to log in:
- Make sure that you have logged-in to your Creative Fabrica account. If the top-right corner of your screen looks like this, you need to click Login/Register to log in.
- I am logged in to my Creative Fabrica account but still cannot use my subscription. If you do have a subscription, but cannot download the products included in your subscription freely (so instead of the download button you see the Buy button) this might mean that you are logged in to a different account. You can then send us an email to email@example.com with the order ID for the purchase of your subscription, or the PayPal email or four last digits of the credit card you used to sign-up and we’d be happy to help you locate your subscription.
- Check to see that you have an active subscription. Go to My Account, and click on Subscriptions from the left-side navigation bar. In the middle of the page, make sure the Status is displayed as Active. If you subscription isn't active it will be displaced as Cancelled.
- Check to see which subscription you have. From the same Subscriptions page as above, check which subscription you have.
With an All Access subscription, Fonts, Graphics, and Crafts are included. Make sure the product you are trying to download is included with your subscription.
