There are a few reasons why your subscription may not be working. We have created a list of possible reasons why your subscription isn't working:
- Make sure that you have logged-in to your Creative Fabrica account. If the top-right corner of your screen looks like this, you need to click Login.
- Check to see that you have an active subscription. Go to My Subscriptions, and make sure the Status is displayed as Active. If you think you have a subscription but don't see anything here, you may have a second account. You can then send us an email to email@example.com with the Order ID for the purchase of your subscription, the PayPal email, or last 4 digits of the credit card you used to sign-up. We would be happy to help you locate your subscription.
- Check to see which subscription you have. From the My Subscriptions page, check which subscription you have. Make sure the product you are trying to download is included with your subscription.
