To check the status of your order, go visit your Orders page. Here you will find an overview of all your orders and their statuses.
Orders typically have the status On Hold if we haven’t yet received payment. Please check your credit card or PayPal account to make sure that the payment has been completed properly.
Orders paid with PayPal eCheck take longer
Some payment types can take time to complete. For example, PayPal eChecks can take about 6 business days to process.
If you have chosen to pay with PayPal eCheck you will receive an email from us to the email address which is registered to the account in which the purchase was completed, informing you about this.
It is also possible that your order has been paid by eCheck because there is an issue with your regular PayPal payment method. For example, if your credit card has expired or your PayPal balance is not sufficient to cover the order cost then the payment may be taken via eCheck.
Please note that when an order is paid with eCheck, the money is taken out of your account, then sent to PayPal who send it to your bank, your bank then sends it back to PayPal who then send the payment to us. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.
Once we have received the payment we will mark your orders as completed and you will be able to download the product or start using your subscription.
