How do I make a payout of my earnings?

Once you have accrued earnings on your Creative Fabrica account, you can request a payout from your wallet. To transfer your earnings from to your Paypal, Payoneer, or bank account, you need to request a payout. 

If you want to pay out to a Paypal or Payoneer account you will first need to verify that account - you can do this by following these instructions. As soon as you are verified, you can request a payout!
 

How to Request a Payout

1. Go to the earnings page on your designer dashboard.
2. Click on Request Payout - please note that this button will only appear once you have earnings in your wallet!
   
   
3. A new menu will open displaying the different payout options
   
   
4. Select the payout method which you wish to use - instructions for each method will follow below

Payouts to a PayPal Address

1. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw from your wallet. Please note that there is a $0.50 charge for payouts under $10.
2. Select the PayPal address that you would like to send the money to from the dropdown. You will be able to select any of the currently verified payout addresses from this dropdown.
3. Check that all of the information you have added is correct, then check the confirmation box.
4. Click send request.
5. All done! Your payout will be a paid out automatically within 7 days of your request.

Payouts to a Payoneer Address

1. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw from your wallet. Please note that the payout must be at least $100,
2. Select the Payoneer address that you would like to send the money to from the dropdown. You will be able to select any of the currently verified payout addresses from this dropdown.
3. Check that all of the information you have added is correct, then check the confirmation box.
4. Click send request.
5. All done! Your payout will be paid out within 10 days of your request.

No worries, you can register via this link and receive $25 US dollars for free after you have received a total of $1000 US dollars on your account. Payoneer’s Terms and Conditions apply.

Bank Transfer

Please note that there is a $20 handling fee for bank transfer payouts and that the minimum payout amount is $100. Therefore, you will need to have at least $120 in your wallet to request a payout via bank transfer. It is also worth checking your bank's policy on receiving international bank transfers, as they may also charge you a processing fee.

1. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw from your wallet.
2. Enter your bank account details
3. Check all of the information you have entered is correct, then tick the confirmation box.
4. Click send request. We will try our best to make the payment within 7 days.
