⚠️ Important- Make sure that you
are logged out before attempting to request a new password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new password by visiting the Lost password page.

Simply fill in the email that is connected to your Creative Fabrica account and click Reset Password
- Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email with a password reset link.
- Click on the link and you will be able to enter a new password
- Click Save to finalise the changes.
Cannot request a new password?
If you get an error message while requesting a new password you should check:
- If you have entered your email address correctly.
- If your Creative Fabrica account is connected to a social login account (Facebook, Google, Apple)
If you registered your Creative Fabrica account with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account and you try to reset your password, you will see an error message like this:
You can simply log into your account using the linked social account.
If you would prefer to log in using your password in the future, first log in using your social account and then follow these instructions.
