How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling an Active Subscription

If you have an active or on-hold Creative Fabrica subscription and you wish to unsubscribe, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to My Account - Subscriptions.
2. Click on the manage my subscription button.
   
3. You will now be able to see information about your subscription. To proceed with cancelling, click end your subscription.
4. After clicking this button we will ask you a few questions to confirm your subscription cancellation. Click next to move to the confirmation page.
5. Click End Subscription to finalise your subscription cancellation. A new page will load and you will see a confirmation that your subscription has ended
   
   
   
   Once you've cancelled, your billing schedule will update meaning that your subscription won't renew.

Cancelling an Activating Subscription

If the status of your subscription is activating and you wish to cancel please reach out to our team via hi@creativefabrica.com

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about ending your subscription, you can easily undo your cancellation by clicking Undo Cancellation on banner as shown below
