For the following platforms, please add your email address in the suggested location;

Some platforms don’t allow adding an email address, in that case please add the last 2 digits of your account ID.
In order to find your account ID go to the My Account page. You will find your account ID on the left side on top of the menu (example: Account [ID: #XXXXX04]. Write down “04” on your portfolio.
For these platforms, please add your user ID in the suggested location;
