If you try to log in to Creative Fabrica from a new device or location, you will be asked to use a one time password to confirm that you have authorised the login.
An email will automatically be sent to your account email address containing the OTP which you can then use to log into your account:
Once you have verified the new device and location, you will not be asked for an OTP again.
I Can't Find My One Time Password
If you cannot find your one time password, there are a few options that you can try.
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Sometimes our OTP emails get filed away in the wrong place!
- Search your inbox for otp@creativefabrica.com
- Make sure to add otp@creativefabrica.com and hi@creativefabrica.com to your whitelist, or list of allowed senders. Usually, adding this email address to your address book will be sufficient.
