Crazy Giveaway Terms and Conditions

To enter the giveaway, you must follow the instructions as stated under ‘How to enter the giveaway’ on the giveaway page. No purchases are required to enter this giveaway.

Giveaway sponsor: Creative Fabrica B.V.

Duration of Giveaway: The Giveaway will begin on November 16th 2022 at 6 AM PT / 8 AM CT / 9  AM EST.  The last day and time of entry in the giveaway is on November 23rd 2022 at 8 PM PT / 10 PM CT / 11 PM EST.

Random drawing/selection of winner: The winner (“Winner”) will be selected from among all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Creative Fabrica via their official YouTube channel. The random drawing of the Winner will take place on Thursday, November 24th 2022 at 10 AM PT / 12 PM CT / 1 PM EST.

The Winner will be contacted by the Creative Fabrica team via email after the drawing is completed. The Winner has 30 days to confirm the requested details from Creative Fabrica.

Prize & Prize eligibility

US residents and European residents

The prize stated in this giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America and legal residents in Europe (EEA countries + UK), who are 18+ at time of entry.

The prize includes: 

• Tickets for up to 3 people to the Disney® theme park in California, Orlando or Paris valued between $1,000-$1,400.
  Which theme park the Winner will go to will be selected by Creative Fabrica depending on the location of the Winner and other costs, to make sure that it fits the budget of the giveaway.
• A Disney® Gift Card worth $300
• Flight/transportation: A value of up to $1,500 covering return airline tickets for up to 3 people.
• Accommodation: A hotel room for up to 3 people valued up to $300/night.

Only the costs mentioned above will be covered by Creative Fabrica, with a maximum of $4,000. Costs and/or expenses not mentioned are not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the Winner, including but not limited to any taxes, transportation other than return airline tickets, insurance, food and beverages.

Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value. If the value of the Disney® tickets, Disney® Gift Card, Flight/Transportation and Accommodation do not exceed $4,000, Creative Fabrica will not award the difference as a cash prize. We attempt to secure the most affordable rates for a vacation booked between January 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023. for the Winner and this requires that the Winner is flexible with their traveling dates.

Creative Fabrica has the sole discretion to choose the date, airline and hotel. Creative Fabrica shall not be liable for any cancellations.

Residents in non-US and non-European countries

If the participant is a resident in a country outside the United States or Europe ((EEA countries + UK), they can still participate in the giveaway, but if drawn as the Winner, they will not be eligible for the Disneyland® vacation as listed above. They will instead be eligible for a cash prize valuing $2,500. Upon confirmation with the Winner, the payment will be made to the Creative Fabrica wallet of the Winner within 7 business days. The Winner shall be solely responsible for any costs and/or expenses relating to the prize, including but not limited to taxes. The Winner will be contacted by the Creative Fabrica team. The cash prize shall not be available to residents of the United States and Europe.

The Winner shall be solely responsible for providing Creative Fabrica with correct personal information, including but not limited to contact details, full legal name, place of residence and other details required for booking all prize related tickets.

You agree to hold harmless Creative Fabrica, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and/or defects related to the prize. Creative Fabrica is not responsible for any airline delays or cancellations.
