TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR EARNINGS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Creative Fabrica Studio AI YouTube Shorts Program (the "Program") is sponsored by Creative Fabrica ("Sponsor"). The official platform for the Program is the website located at https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/youtube and https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/youtube/submit.
2. Eligibility
This Program is open to individuals who are aged 18 or older and are residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand. Entrants must have a public YouTube account to participate, and must hold a Creative Fabrica account under the same identity used to submit the entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Program Period
The Program ends on July 31, 2026 (the "Program Period"). Shorts must be published and submitted before this date to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Program, participants must complete the following steps:
- Create your Short: Generate the video content using Studio AI's video generator. The submission should focus on quality, prioritizing engaging visuals, composition, motion, and storytelling that holds attention.
- Add the Creative Fabrica watermark: All entries must include the official Creative Fabrica watermark, placed clearly in the video and thumbnail so it is visible and unobstructed.
- Post on YouTube as a Short: Upload the content to a public YouTube account as a Short, with a minimum duration of 30 seconds.
- Include the required tags: The post's description must include the tag @creativefabrica and your personal hashtag (e.g. #ref1234). The Short must tag @creativefabrica.
- Submit your URL: Submit your Short's URL on the official submit page at https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/youtube/submit.
By posting your Short with the correct tags and hashtags and submitting its URL on the official submit page, you are entered. Any entry with a caption or description edited after the initial post will be automatically disqualified.
5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification
All submissions must be the entrant's own original creation and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor does not pay out for duplicate videos posted from the same or any other accounts. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or reject any submission that it believes:
- Fails to complete all mandatory steps outlined in Section 4.
- Has had its caption or description edited after the initial post (such entries are automatically disqualified, as stated in Section 4).
- Contains any third-party copyrighted material without a license.
- Includes content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate.
- Shows evidence of purchased, bot, or artificially inflated views.
- Has been deleted, set to private, or has had the required Creative Fabrica watermark, @creativefabrica tag, or personal referral hashtag removed.
6. Payout and Compensation
- Total payout pool: USD 100,000.
- Entrants earn USD 1.50 per 1,000 views, once a Short passes 10,000 views.
- Earnings are capped at USD 1,000 per Short (reached at 500,000 views).
- Earnings are capped at USD 2,500 per account.
- Views are counted at the deadline (July 31, 2026), the same moment for all entries. Payouts are awarded in order of views, highest first, until the USD 100,000 pool is exhausted. Entries that are disqualified or found ineligible for any reason are removed from the ranking entirely; their views do not count toward the ranking or toward exhaustion of the pool, and remaining eligible entries move up accordingly. Submission date is used only to break ties between entries with an equal view count.
- Payment will be made to the wallet that corresponds to the personal hashtag ID used in the description of the video (e.g. #ref1234). Payout instructions are available at: https://help.creativefabrica.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029930872-How-do-I-make-a-payout-of-my-earnings
- You must have a valid email address on your account at the time of the deadline to be eligible. Sponsor uses it to notify you about your payout, and without one cannot reach you.
7. Verification and Anti-Fraud
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry showing purchased, bot, or artificially inflated views, at its sole discretion. Eligibility, including age and residency, will be verified before payout, and Sponsor may request proof of residency before releasing any payout. Sponsor may also request proof via the entrant's YouTube Studio analytics to validate views. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
8. Intellectual Property
The entrant retains ownership of the underlying intellectual property in their submission. As a condition of receiving a payout, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submission for marketing and promotional purposes. Upon request, entrants may be asked to provide Sponsor with the original full-quality, high-resolution video file of their submission. This file must retain the official Creative Fabrica watermark required under Section 4, but need not carry any compression, overlay, or watermark added by the YouTube platform.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the entrant's name, social media handle, and submitted content to promote the Program and Sponsor's related products, without further payment. This consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting Sponsor at the address in Section 12, without affecting uses already made. Sponsor processes any personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
10. General Conditions and Release of Liability
Content must comply with local regulations and YouTube's terms. This Program is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with YouTube. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of the YouTube platform, or for submissions that are lost, late, or not received due to circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor's liability arising out of participation in the Program or receipt of any payout is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Sponsor's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants an entrant the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
