TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR EARNINGS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Creative Fabrica Studio AI Blog Program (the "Program") is sponsored by Creative Fabrica ("Sponsor"). The official platform for the Program is the website located at https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/blogs and https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/blogs/submit.
2. Eligibility
This Program is open to individuals who are aged 18 or older and are residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand. Entrants must own the website or blog on which the article is published, and must hold a Creative Fabrica account under the same identity used to submit the entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Program Period
The Program ends on July 31, 2026 (the "Program Period"). Articles must be published and submitted before this date to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Program, participants must complete the following steps:
-
Write an article: Publish an original article of more than 800 words on a website or blog that you own. The article must fall into one of the following types:
- Tutorial: A step-by-step walkthrough showing how to use the tools in Creative Fabrica Studio to reach a great result (for example, "How to turn a product photo into a 5-second ad with the AI Video Generator," or "How I make faceless YouTube shorts, from script to voiceover to final video").
- Positive Review or Comparison: An article explaining why you like Studio AI, what works for you, and why you chose Studio AI over other AI tools.
-
Include the required links: The article must contain at least two standard do-follow links, each containing your personal referral ID:
- A link to https://studio.creativefabrica.com, and
- A link to one of the AI tools (for example, https://studio.creativefabrica.com/ai-video-generator).
- You can find your personal referral ID in your Creative Fabrica account at https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/blogs/submit, and you add it to a link by inserting "/ref/your-code/" (for example, https://studio.creativefabrica.com/ref/123/).
- Include at least one image in the article.
- Publish before the deadline: The article must be published before July 31, 2026.
- Submit your article: Submit your article's URL on the official submit page at https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/blogs/submit.
By publishing your article in accordance with these requirements and submitting it on the official submit page, you are entered.
5. Website Requirements
To be eligible, the root domain on which the article is published must have a Domain Rating (DR) of 30 or above, as measured at the relevant time by Sponsor using Ahrefs website authority tool: https://ahrefs.com/website-authority-checker. Domain Rating is a third-party metric that Sponsor does not control. Sponsor's determination of the score is final.
6. Submission Requirements and Disqualification
All submissions must be the entrant's own original creation and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or reject any submission, including any article that it believes:
- Fails to meet all mandatory requirements outlined in Sections 4 and 5.
- Is thin, low-quality, or low-effort content that does not provide real value to readers.
- Is published on a social media or third-party publishing platform rather than a website the entrant owns. Platforms that do not count as eligible websites include, without limitation, medium.com, linkedin.com, x.com, and substack.com.
- Contains any third-party copyrighted material without a license.
- Includes content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate.
- Has had the required referral links, image, or article content removed or altered to fall below the requirements before the deadline.
As a condition of payout, Sponsor may request small modifications to a qualifying article, such as link adjustments or the correction of minor inconsistencies.
7. Eligible Submissions Per Account
An entrant may submit one article per root domain. An entrant who owns multiple websites may submit one article from each, up to a maximum of five root domains per account, and is therefore eligible for up to five payouts, subject to the payout rules in Section 8.
8. Payout and Compensation
Total payout pool: USD 50,000.
Tiered payouts are based on the article's root-domain Domain Rating (DR), as measured under Section 5:
- USD 100 for a Domain Rating of 30–49.
- USD 200 for a Domain Rating of 50–74.
- USD 400 for a Domain Rating of 75 or above.
In addition, entrants earn an affiliate commission of 20% on each paid subscriber referred from their article, subject to a 90-day attribution window. This commission is governed by Sponsor's standard affiliate terms and is separate from the payout pool described above.
Domain Rating is measured at the deadline (July 31, 2026), the same moment for all entries, not at the time of publishing. Submitting early gives no ranking advantage. Articles are ranked by Domain Rating, highest first, and paid in that order until the USD 50,000 pool is exhausted. Entries that are disqualified or found ineligible for any reason are removed from the ranking entirely; their scores do not count toward the ranking or toward exhaustion of the pool, and remaining eligible entries move up accordingly. Where two root domains have an equal Domain Rating, the earlier submission is paid first.
Payment will be made to the wallet that corresponds to the referral ID used in the article's backlinks (e.g. /ref/1234, which you can find at: https://studio.creativefabrica.com/referrals/blogs/submit). Payout instructions are available at: https://help.creativefabrica.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029930872-How-do-I-make-a-payout-of-my-earnings
You must have a valid email address on your account at the time of the deadline to be eligible. Sponsor uses it to notify you about your payout, and without one cannot reach you.
9. Verification and Anti-Fraud
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry showing artificially inflated, manipulated, or fraudulent traffic, links, or referral activity, at its sole discretion. Eligibility, including age and residency, will be verified before payout, and Sponsor may request proof of residency before releasing any payout. Sponsor may also request reasonable evidence of website ownership. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
10. Intellectual Property
The entrant retains ownership of the article and the underlying intellectual property in their submission. As a condition of entry, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submission, and excerpts of it, for marketing and promotional purposes. The entrant agrees to keep the published article, including the required referral links, live for at least 12 months following the deadline, except where the entrant ceases operating the website entirely.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the entrant's name, website name, and submitted content to promote the Program and Sponsor's related products, without further payment. This consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting Sponsor at the address in Section 13, without affecting uses already made. Sponsor processes any personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
12. General Conditions and Release of Liability
Content must comply with local regulations and any applicable platform or search-engine terms. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control, or for submissions that are lost, late, or not received. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor's liability arising out of participation in the Program or receipt of any payout is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Sponsor's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants an entrant the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
