On December 8th Payoneer will cease providing services to residents of Russia - all affected Payoneer accounts will be closed on December 16th. Please read Payoneer's FAQ on this decision here.
The current sanctions also mean that payouts via PayPal and bank transfer are also not available to designers in Russia.
This decision affects me - what are my options?
1. You can choose to keep your store open. This means that you will continue to accrue earnings from subscriptions and single sales, these earnings will be kept safe in your wallet. When the sanctions are lifted you will be able to request a payout via the means available to you.
2. Close your store at Creative Fabrica. If you decide to choose this option please reach out to us via hi@creativefabrica.com so that we can walk you through the process.
